3: Check the power supply system of the vacuum pump, whether the pulley belt is tensioned, and whether the vacuum pump oil is located at the centerline of the oil seal observation hole. After inspection, the belt pulley of the vacuum pump can be manually rotated. If there are no abnormalities, the vacuum pump can be started after closing the disc valve.

4: The internal inspection of the vacuum furnace requires first level hygiene, good insulation of the induction coil, good elasticity of the sealed vacuum band, and qualified dimensions.

5: Check if the handle of the vacuum furnace body starts flexibly.

6: Check if the rotating Maxwell vacuum gauge meets the requirements.

7: Check if the graphite crucible and furnace accessories are complete.

8: After the above preparation work is completed, turn on the power supply, turn on the intermediate frequency power supply, try to start the frequency conversion according to the intermediate frequency starting rules, and stop the frequency conversion after success before turning on the furnace.

9: Every time the vacuum furnace is opened for observation and temperature measurement, the observation and temperature measurement holes on the top of the vacuum furnace body should be cleaned.

10: The furnace material should be loaded according to different sintered products. According to the relevant material charging rules, packaging cannot be changed arbitrarily.
