1. In general, vacuum arc furnaces work in a vacuum environment and can only generate corresponding arcs under vacuum. In both high and low voltage working environments, the kilovoltage does not exceed -1pa, and if the vacuum is too high, there will be no arc generation. In the atmospheric environment, it is easy for arcing to occur;
2. The generation of vacuum arc is related to the vacuum degree, voltage value, and distance between the two stages. So in the mechanical two-stage state, when energized, there will be a phenomenon of arcing, even small contactors will have this problem, it's just that there will be differences in the size of the arcing;
3. Many friends are worried that when the motor coil of a vacuum arc furnace generates an arc, can the motor continue to be used? In fact, coils have insulation properties, so they will not form arcs during later use;
4. When a vacuum arc furnace breaks, it is basically caused by different circuits. In many cases, circuit breakers can even cause high voltage, leading to electrical fires and explosions.
