1. Connect the furnace body to the vacuum arc furnace unit through a connecting pipe, paying attention to the horizontal position of the connecting pipe such that the furnace body is low and can be padded with the blast furnace body. When tightening screws, they should be tightened symmetrically and slowly.

2. The DC power supply of the equipment should be placed next to the furnace body, with the upper electrode installed on top of the furnace body. Assemble the cooling water pipe according to the connection diagram to ensure that there is no water leakage or seepage at the joint.

3. The input power supply of the vacuum arc furnace should be determined according to relevant requirements to avoid circuit damage and even safety hazards.

4. Connect the 150A cable to the output terminal and lower electrode of the DC power supply to ensure normal use in the future.

4. Install the glass vacuum gauge tube and ionization gauge tube on the unit of the vacuum arc furnace, plug in the cable head, and connect them to the composite vacuum machine.

5. Insert the foot switch cable plug for arc starting in the vacuum arc furnace into the socket of the DC power supply. Insert the cable plugs of the lower electrode and lighting lamp into the socket behind the furnace body. The exhaust pipe of the electric arc furnace is used to discharge it outdoors and prevent oil vapor pollution indoors.
